Warranty and Liabilities

All installations are warranted for 1 year from completion of install by Windecker Construction LLC for installation labor liabilities unless otherwise expressed on your quote, proposal, or change order.  Product warranties vary by manufacturer.

Any unforeseen circumstances or conditions that will affect the install (i.e. concealed rot, insect damage, etc.) will be dealt with on a time and material basis and will be the responsibility of the homeowner or purchaser.

Liability Insurance - Windecker Construction is covered by a $1,000,000 per incident liability policy. Proof of coverage is available upon request.
